Shipping

Standard shipping (Royal Mail Signed-For) within the UK is £4.95 or free for orders over £50. 

All orders do have a compensation cover up to £20 included. We are not liable for replacing any lost or damaged products.

We offer a £20 flat shipping cost for Europe (3-5 working days) and worldwide (6-7 working days).

How to pay 

 

You can only pay for Products using a debit card, credit card or PayPal.

Refunds 

 

All items are custom made to your requirements and refunds are not offered unless the item received is faulty.

 

Please ensure faulty items are returned within 14 days via recorded delivery.

 

Our aim is that all customers are absolutely delighted with their purchase, so please always contact us if there are any issues.

You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
